Information collected at registration

Take12 collects personal information when you register with us and when you use Take12's services. Take12 may combine this information about you with information we obtain from business partners or other third parties. During registration, we require members to give us basic contact information (such as your first name, last name, and e-mail address), and demographic information (such as your ZIP or postal code). The information requested on the registration form may change from time to time. Although additional demographic information may be requested at the time of registration, only information marked "required" is necessary for registration and utilization of our services.

Users may register through third party sources. In such cases, the user agrees to that third party's privacy policy and Take12 makes no representations or warranties regarding that, or any, third party's privacy policy.

Users who give gifts, payments, or donations to Take12 members may not be required to register. However, some information is collected during the process. This information is associated with the member's account. The e-mail information collected during the process are not shared with third parties. It is used by Take12 and Site members to communicate with the gift giver regarding their gift. For example, the member might want to know who to thank for the gift, donation, or payment.

As such, this privacy policy makes no provision for their use of Take12. If we learn that a user is using the Site in violation of these policies, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete the user's information. Take12 will not be liable for any content or advertisements viewed by minor children in violation of the terms of this agreement.
